Dr. Luke Brown

Dr. Brown became inspired to serve his community through dentistry at a young age and worked throughout high school and college with the intention of becoming a dentist. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a degree in Biology in 2017 and began Dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in the fall of 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2022.

During dental school he received recognition from the dental honor society, OKU, for academic excellence, as well as receiving the quintessence award in research for his work in the lab of Dr. Dan Welch on the leptin signaling pathway. He is a member of the Delta Sigma Delta fraternity. While initially interested in specializing in orthodontics, Dr. Brown soon realized he enjoyed being able to serve the multitude of needs seen in general practice – from pediatrics to dentures.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Michele Brown – also a dentist – being active in his church, as well as playing golf, cello, and chess.
